Do you have a standing or down tree on your property? Lost Sierra Log Works can mill it onsite or haul it away.
Our sawmills
We have a portable sawmill—Woodmizer LT 28 bandsaw—that can mill hardwoods and softwoods from 8 to 24 inches in diameter. We can cut lumber up to 24 inches wide and 21 feet in length.
We also have two Alaskan Sawmills that can create custom live-edge slabs from 36 to 48 inches in diameter.
How we work
Our onsite custom milling services turn your harvested timber into lumber for construction, decoration or woodworking projects. We charge by the hour for milling work, with additional costs varying depending on travel expenses (depending on distance) and the need for a tractor. We’d be happy to talk with you more about your project.
